Track recorder issue

Hi Pysberia,

I have been using a Samsung previously, which recorded my track fine after multiple hours with the screen off, but unfortunately with my new phone a VIVO, it seems to struggle to record my track with the screen off. I have already switch the settings in the app (battery saving) + lock the application at the home screen, and even adjusting the battery consumption saver in the VIVO settings there. Unfortunately after 4/5 hours, it automatically stop the track/disconnect. Can you help

Hi,
I never had a Vivo device so I don't know their own settings.
If you can't figure with the usual settings, just ask Vivo on their support forum.
Do you like AlpineQuest ? Leave a small comment on Google Play !
