AlpineQuest is available at AppGallery.
1. Will the app updates there be the same as in the Play Market? There is a version 2.3.3b there, although the current version of the application is 2.3.5.
2. Is it (will it be) possible to update the app from AppGallery if it was originally installed (purchased) from Play Market?

As soon as I'm sure that the latest 2.3.5 version is fine, I'll update the AppGallery with it. The truth is that the AppGallery is a real pain to use, everything is complicated and you don't get any reports on problems, etc. So I can only publish versions that have been first extensively used before.
Concerning your second question, both markets are completely unrelated, so it's not possible.
