On-demand maps order frozen in stone

Depending on my window was configured, the results of downloading some maps is now frozen in stone. I can't move the two Bings together.

No, none of the two menus help.

Yes, first the built-in maps are displayed, then the ones you've added yourself, alphabetical order.
This cannot be changed.
