Locked by another device

Hi, have seen this issue answered before for other users but possibly need my registration key to be unlocked too maybe??

Been using AQ for best part of last 10 years (practically daily - brilliant app) but was not purchased on Playstore so from time to time have to activate in the app to get full functionality. Recently added key to another device but did not expect to get locked out of primary device as a result of doing so. Haven't added any other device in a very long time.

Using AQ off road (lite) 2.3.3d

Is there anyone that can help please (heading off on trip in 36 hours).

Hi and thank you for your support.
Yes when you purchase the application on our website, it's only possible to use your key on one device at a time.
But just send me an email and I'll unlock it manually.
