[fixed] All-In-One Offline Maps - Bad Code 418

I have downloaded Offline Maps this summer (June). The app was previously working, but the last few days it displays "[bad code: 418 Blocked]" over every tile when trying to zoom the map. The Play store says the app was updated on September 1 2021, to version 3.7b. However, it seems I have the latest version and there is no further update available.

Suggestions for a fix? Thanks

I have tried all these remedies. I still get the same code 418. I get this with Standard Carto. I updated the app today. But this did not help.

Be sure to use an up to date version.
Alternatively you can use the default map ("Open Roads Maps") which is based on the Standard Carto map anyway.
