Is there a similar program like alpinequest fot windows? I want to view my wpt files on my desktop

You can export your wpt in a GPX file and use any GIS app available for windows (QGIS, Planet.SAS, MM, etc.).
You can also run AlpineQuest on windows using BlueStacks.
