Hello, everybody.
I recently noticed that photos taken in portrait mode and exported through a .kmz file are automatically rotated -90º in Google Earth. Take a look at this example:
Do you guys know how can I fix this? Am I supposed to only take photos in landscape mode while creating image placemarks?
Thank you so much!

Re: Adjustment of photo placemarks taken in portrait mode
Hi,
Unfortunately Google Earth does not take into account the image orientation that is saved in the image by the camera app (EXIF data). It simply assumes the images are in landscape...
What we could try to do for a future version would be to manually edit the image inside AQ before putting it in the KMZ file, but unfortunately it's difficult without loosing some image quality. But we'll have a look at this.

Hello,
Thanks for the info. It would be amazing being able to edit some aspects of the pictures inside the app!
