Allow reordering of the Available Maps list

Here in the Available Maps list, there are several things that we might want to reorder. But we're stuck!

Also, it's rather odd, even though we tap the words Available Maps, but the screen we got says On-demand Maps_

No you cannot reorder the list. First come the built-in maps, then maps added by the user in the alphabetical order.
This list shows the "On demand" maps only, but using the left drawer menu you can list other kinds of maps (file based, DEM based), which are also part of the "Available maps".
