Add grand "force update local data" OFF switch

Add a grand "force update local data" OFF switch, perhaps to the highest level inside the Displayed Maps menu. And even perhaps to some other places. The problem is to turn this off we need to dig back into each place we turned it on. So it's too easy to forget about.

This option does only apply on one map, so it must be activated/deactivated in the menu of that map. In the "displayed maps" list you can see if this option is active for one particular map.
Right now you need 4 tap to turn it on/off, I agree this is not something quite fast but this option is not supposed to be used on a regular basis...

Maybe closing the app will turn it off...
I'm worried that it might be easy to be accidentally left on for some layer(s) that one forgot about.

Yes when you close the app it will turn back to off automatically.
