When I am in explorer mode following a track, it will often just freeze and show a blue screen, or in fact it looks like the map has suddenly over-zoomed into the blue track line. This can happen at anytime, and can remain for a few seconds up to a few minutes. It's never crashed the app, but is massively annoying when you are coming to a junction as you don't know which way to go until it stops!
Has anyone experienced this? I've had it on a OnePlus 7T, OnePlus 5T and a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 Active

Re: Explorer mode freeze and zoom on blue track line
Is it possible that a volume button is pushed (by the case or device holder) that will zoom the map again and again? Try to disable this option from the settings.
You can also lock the screen to be sure that nothing is zooming inadvertently. You can also disable pitch zooming from the settings to see if it's related to this...
