Hello,
All commands/menu bar and infoboxes are now customizable (by settings or user settings) in AQ, except zoom buttons (+ -) and the zoom slider.
Is it possible to have possibility to add just a color setting for them ? (size and transparency are already available)
So, anyone should be able to display them accordingly with the other custom items of the main interface and more visible on most of our personnal maps.
Thank you for all,
Sam

Re: Zoom Buttons color
Hi Sam,
I understand but those buttons are images, so it's not possible to change anything other than the transparency (without making a new image).

In fact, I simply thought that using a PNG image with index colors "drawable" should permit to do it.
But I'm not specialist at all !

Re: Zoom Buttons color
I don't know if AQ is able to use SVG format but maybe it could be a simple solution ? (at least for + - buttons)

Re: Zoom Buttons color
SVG is fully supported only from Android 5, so right now the application uses regular PNG files (not Drawables).
There are always some ways to tint an image, but unfortunately I cannot spend one or two days on this.

Re: Zoom Buttons color
I understand that it's a lot of work for two small icons but my feeling is that the appearance of the controls visible on the main interface is important.
I've tried an other way ...
I'm able to change the icons with personal icons more suited to my needs but the problem is that it's necessary to have a AQ folder "open" to replace them. If not I can't keep the application original signed and I don't want this !
Any advice in this way ?

Re: Zoom Buttons color
If you make the changes yourself then it's not a problem if there is not a valid signature.
A valid signature allows you to know that you're installing an original version (and not a modified version with potential threats), but if you're the one that made the changes then you know what's inside...
If you don't like the zoom buttons, you can make them completely transparent so you can still use them without seeing them.
But at some point, if you don't like any part of the UI and want to change it completely, then you should better use another app that better suits your needs instead of asking me to change everything

No no, I'm fan of your app and it's the reason why I search always the better.
Really sorry if I disturb you with my questions, it was not my intention at all.

Don't worry, I'm joking, you know that when it's possible I add user settings.
But some times it's just not as easy...
