Perhaps this is just my limited use of this application (and this already exists) but it would be nice to display the current stats for a track being recorded. I can get this on a track if I close it and then display the details but it would be nice to see info on the current track such a distance and elevation profile.

Hi and thanks for your feedbacks.
Yes you're right, you need to browse the track and select the details to get information on it.
Note that you don't need to stop the recording to access statistics, you can do it while it is still being recorded, the stats will be up to date.
The tracker will be re-writed soon and I will take care of adding a much simply way to access statistics.
