Picture waypoints and Android 11

Users from 4pda say there are problems with creating of Picture waypoints on devices with Android 11. (2.2.8 AQ)

Hi Alex,
I'll have a look. But can you tell to all users that have this problem to make an error report from the application after trying to take a picture, with the comment "Android 11 picture problem" or something similar.
Can you tell people that in general when they have bugs they can contact me directly by email (no need to bother you with all the bugs), even in Russian, with as much information as possible, logs, screenshots, example files, etc. Otherwise I'm not able to look at the problem...
