[closed] Activation issue

Hello! Help me figure it out. Acquired this program on the site. Several times I rerun the phone, each time reinstalling AQ and never had problems with activation. Now, after firmware for 11 android and returning for 10, the program writes when activated that it is "blocked by another device." What should I do?
