Hi again
Positioning → GPS position → Settings → Location source → Exterrnal locations
Do I understand it right it's a way to be connected to an external GPS device, for example Globalsat BT-338 and others?
https://www.engadget.com/products/globalsat/bt-338/
The GPS receiver is turned off by its own timeout in this way.
For example, OZI Explorer connects to the receiver via Bluetooth and does not allow it to be disconnected.
Is there a way using AlpineQuest to keep an external GPS device always connected and does not allow it to stop working (as it is done in OZI Expolorer for PC)?
Thanks!

Re: External locations question
Hi,
Using this location source you can use an external bluetooth GPS instead of the internal device GPS, but you need to use a "bridge" application like "Bluetooth GPS".
You'll need to make all settings in this application and in the GPS device itself, not in the app.

Do you like AlpineQuest ? Leave a small comment on Google Play !
