Hello,
These maps (OpenAndroMaps) are a very good free/legal alternative choice to get offline maps with different render themes.

Do you think if it could be possible to add their format (.map) readable in AQ and their render themes (elevate4, …) also ?

Unfortunately it's not planned.
But you have similar maps that use the same data source (OSM) already available in the application: Outdoor Map, Cycle/Hike map, etc.

Yes, I know that it's same OSM source.
For me the interesting point was the various render themes (small size) usable with only one map.

Raster maps vs vector maps has already been discussed so much time (here, here, here, here, here, etc.) that there is nothing else to add, sorry!
