Hi and thanks for AQ!
Do you plan to add full OZI maps support? I mean .map file + jpg, bmp, png, tif etc.
It woild be very good.
Now AQ supports .map+ozf, ozf2, ozf3 (partly). I think it's better to apply .map + jpg, bmp, png, tif etc. support instead of ozf3(b).
AQ is the best navi application for raster maps and it seems to me logical if it could support some more OZI formats.
Anyway it would be easier to use it with full OZI support (there woun't be need to use converters as img2ozf and others).
Thanks in advance!

Re: OZI Explorer maps full support
Hi Alex and thanks for your feedback.
Yes it's still planned, I'll try to work on this soon.
What is planned currently is .map+jpg,bmp,png,gif. Unfortunately not TIFF or ECW.

Thanks so much!!!
By the way, 4pda users thought just the opposite, that the author of the application would refuse .map+jpg, bmp, png , gif and most likely implement .map+ECW

Re: OZI Explorer maps full support
Hi Alex,
I'll soon publish a beta version with a first improvement: .map+jpg, bmp, png, gif will be supported, but only for smaller maps (images with 2018px X 2048px max). Larger maps will need to be imported first (like it's the currently the case for KMZ maps), but this will only be available later.
