I click on "Available maps" and then "Installed maps" and then scroll down to "add maps". I get the error message "Community maps: an error occurred". If I then try tapping any of the new maps on the list I get the error "Add new maps: an error occurred.".
This happens on both my Moto G4 and Moto G6. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,
Can you tell me what application and Android versions do you use.
I've just checked the server and everything seems fine now.

Re: Community maps: an error occurred
It looks like this problem is a network issue on my end. I was using a public WiFi spot and for some reason that network produced that error. I've since tried another network and now everything works. So now I know if I get that error it's the network and I need to go elsewhere.
Thanks for getting back so soon.

When you use a public wifi, be sure to be logged in.
