[done] Add elevation to edited track

When I draw a new track, then elevation info is added to the track. But when I edit this track afterwards and add more points, then there's no elevation info.

Again, what I did:

• Edit Points
  Check checkbox "Draw"
  Draw additional path
  Uncheck checkbox "Draw"
  Close dialog
  Check details of the track or look at dynamic profile

Is it possible to apply elevation info to additionally added points to a track?

Thanks for the report.
Version 2.2.1 is currently being released and will fill missing elevations values even when editing a path.
