Show track without recording

Hello all,
I'm a recent user of AlpineQuest and i come from TrekBuddy but its development is stopped now ...

I've searched on this "big" forum but i dont find how to display a current entire "live" track but without recording it for some reasons.
I've just seen the option to show or not the last points but it's not enough. Is it possible ? It was possible in TrekBuddy app and it was very useful for some orientation cases.

Hi and thanks for your interest in this application.

I'm sorry but I don't really understand your question.
If you want to visualize your current hike from the beginning, then you must "remember" it at some point. Maybe it's not called "Record" in TrekBuddy but that the exact same thing.
The track recorder allows you to remember your path from where is was started. When you've done you can simply clear it, you don't have to save it or keep it in any way...

I understand better now : i have to active the tool "record track" firstly to see a complete drawn track !
In TrekBuddy there is a separate option "show the track" that can be used, even if "record the track" is not started … It's OK, just different.

In all cases, after some tests, your app seems very interesting and powerful ! Congratulations ...
