Add Wi-fi Only setting

Google maps has a Wi-Fi Only setting. Seems wise.

Some people would like to at the same time, for example, use a bus times app,
while checking the map, without worrying if tiles would be wastefully update because we have our
4G data turned on.

Hi,
It's not exactly the same thing, but you can already check the "Use only stored data" during the time you don't want the app to use Internet.
At the end it will do the same thing.

(Admission: I already use an app to toggle each apps' data on and off anyway, but some users might not have such an app available.)
