AlpineQuest & OfflineMaps

Openflightmaps are not ready for many areas. However in those areas the user just ends up looking at a blank screen. Why not have some message... Of course we can also just delete the Openflightmap list in the available map list. But then what happens when one day OFmaps are available in our areas?

Openflightmaps does not pretend to cover all the world! The USGS topo maps are useless outside of the USA too!
When new countries are covered, the next AIRAC map will be added.

(I see. If we delete them then we can just add them back later if we want via the "add new maps" button.)
