Awesome, thank you! All solved. Anyway, before reading your answer, I managed to transfer the map via pc: I copied the "maps" folder from the first phone (storage/android/data/psyberia.../files/datastore/maps) and pasted it into a folder in the second phone (storage/android/media/psyberia....
