AlpineQuest & OfflineMaps

When I try to import a new coordinate system from spatialreference.org I get a network error. Site is online.

Hi, I'm trying to get the excellent official topographic maps of Germany's Bundesländer into AlpineQuest.
First two: Rheinland-Pfalz and NordRheinWestfalen, + NordRheinWestfalen Freizeit-layer

The .aqx files have to go into (location on your phone)/alpinequest/cache/custom-maps/

Noticed a small problem with the map: if you are zoomed in in another map, and choose the Croatia map the display slides to a white area in Northern Bosnia-Herzegovina; cause for this is the odd shape of Croatia.
Is there a <mapcenter> or some similar tag I could use to fix this?

Updated version, with preview and outline, so the display can slide to the region when out of range.

Ok, it worked. I used a website for the KML ( http://www.birdtheme.org/useful/v3tool.html many more to find).
It seems the help for OfflineMaps is at some points more elaborate then for AlpineQuest... :shock: (Why not making it into one helpsite, then you only have to state that certain features are ...

Ah, I see, I missed the advanced example. Nice trick with the KML; I'll try that.

Works perfectly on Huawei P8, latest ROM. Low battery usage.

I don't know if this is possible. Anyway, it would be very useful to me to be able to pick a transparent color when making a favorite mapset.
In most situations this would be white.
Example: Load a map with contourlines or hillshading. Now, you have to do something with transparency, contrast of ...

When making a new favorite set also have a parameter like: "show map on zoomlevels" (OSM/Google levels preferred)
In that case you can for instance have a basemap like some fast OSM-server/Google for all topo-maps on zoom 1-13 and the topomap on 14-16.
