Re: Scrolling on android watches
Hi, Thanks for the reply. I reinstalled 1.4.22 as per your instructions and I can confirm that the behavior of version 1.4.22 is different from that in version 2. In 1.4.22, swiping just scrolls the map and in order to leave the application, one has to press the button at the side of the watch. Star...

Scrolling on android watches
Hi, Since 2.0.0, swiping to the right in the map view (in order to scroll the map) no longer overrides the default android watch behavior (suspending the app and displaying the app launcher). I bought version 1.4 only shortly before 2.0.0 was released, but I am pretty sure it was different then. If ...

Re: Android Wear: How to exit Settings and tracking data full-screen view?
Thanks for your quick reply!
Well, luckily this only affects screens that are not vital for daily use, so it's not a serious issue from my POV.
If you manage to address this in one of the upcoming releases I will be glad to test and report back.
Thanks and have a great rest of the weekend,
Ralph

Android Wear: How to exit Settings and tracking data full-screen view?
Hi, I cannot seem to find a way to get back from the Settings view or the fullscreen view of the tracking data graph on an Android wear smart watch. Swiping from left to right has no effect here. Is there something I overlooked or is this due to the fact that the app was originally written for other...

Re: Android wear 5.1.1: No gps fix
Thank you so much! I completely missed the other comment about using GPS only. I gave it a try and switched from automatic selection to Outdoor GPS in AlpineQuest as you said and behold: it instantly climbed from 0/0 to 8/10 satellites and locked on to my position. Couldn't be happier! Thanks for yo...

[closed] Android wear 5.1.1: No gps fix
Hello, I get no gps with the latest version of AlpineQuest on a Sony Smartwatch 3. According to this message by user "GerdS" on the sonymobile forum the Android Wear update to 5.1.1 broke some gps API, and applications using this API need to recompile their code against the latest Google P...
