Re: track recorder records points even if it is no move
Thank you, it is clear. I use the GPX file and the other datas are not in it. In this case many identical points are not very usefull. I use use a modified version of jachetto software to convert from TRK to GPX and i will be able to suppress identical points during the conversion. It seems that the...

Thank you for the answer.
I recorded a track and exported it to GPX. I can see that the file contains many points with exactly the same coordinates. This was not the case with previous version.
The track file is attached to this message.

With the new 2.3.6 version, the track recorder records points even if it is no move.

TRK to GPX conversion
I tried to use the Python script 'alp2gpx' to convert TRK files to GPX. I compare the resulting GPX file with the GPX file generated by the export function of AlpineQuest. I found that the elevation and the timestamp are not the same. After reading the code of 'alp2gpx', I am convinced that 'alp2gpx...

[closed] Naming recorded track
With the last version, it becomes difficult to name a recorded track. The track must be named before it is stopped for having the track name and the file name to be the same. It should help if you add the track name to the track recorder window with the possibility to edit it. A possibility should b...

[closed] swiss topo map, error 403
Hello,
I use the swiss topo map and now I get the "bad code 403 forbidden" when I try to display a region which is not stored on my phone. I tried to reinstall the swiss map, without success. I have the same problem on my wife's phone.
Best regards.
