AlpineQuest & OfflineMaps

hi, im just wondering whats the difference between alpine Quest and offline maps? other than having some features disable in alpine but its enable in offline maps? which is better? which do you recommend? and one more thing, why is that my location keeps on moving in different direction while infact...

when using a hybrid map, when did the images taken?
